“We truly had the time of our lives. We booked this trip with Kefir, and they did everything possible to make it unforgettable. From airport pickup to hotels, every detail was taken care of. They even went out of their way to make our 11 year-old daughter happy by arranging a one day volcano visit even though we originally came just for the beaches and wildlife.
We saw crocodiles, monkeys, sloths, frogs, and so many colorful birds. It was surreal. Two weeks didn’t feel like enough — the time flew by. Our guide was always just one text away. We never wasted time wondering where to eat or where to go next. Everything flowed naturally.
Even when unexpected things came up, our guide Jen was right there — bug spray, protection, little snacks, whatever we needed. We felt taken care of the entire time. We’re incredibly grateful, would absolutely recommend this experience, and we already know we’ll be back.”

“We came specifically during turtle nesting season in August, and honestly, nothing prepared us for it. Seeing hundreds of turtles coming in and out of the ocean to lay their eggs was incredibly moving. We were guided the entire time and brought into the nesting areas very carefully, both at night in complete darkness (only red lights allowed) and again in the early morning. It was surreal!
We would absolutely recommend this experience, especially for anyone who loves turtles. One of the most emotional moments was when we were able to help save a turtle that was about to return to the ocean tangled in a fishing net. Our guide handled the rescue, and we were overwhelmed with emotion and happiness.
Everything about this trip stayed with us. It’s something we will never forget. We’re already planning to come back next September for whale migration with Kefir.”

We came with a group of friends for Envision Festival and ended up rafting along one of the longest river Pacuare. It was an amazing recommendation that made the trip ten times more fun. Having transportation taken care of was essential, especially after long, exhausting activity days. and we ended our trip with the hot springs by the volcano area. Everything was amazing. One of the best music festivals that we ever attended in the middle of nature!
